It's simple you either DO IT or you don't.

Simple story.....about a guy at a cross road in his life. Here is the concept.....Run then Ride then Hike. Yeah you get it do it again.  We are developing a community of athletes that embrace  change and variety. A typical week would be Monday - Run a 5K, Tuesday Ride a 10K (mountain bike or road) Wednesday - Hike a 15K. Thursday - Rest or Cross train, yep then repeat it through the weekend.  We offer some shirts and hats on the site to help support our efforts take a look!!!
